Be one of the first to stay in this luxurious new construction home, equipped with a chef's kitchen to delight! From the leathered granite topped and stainless steel appliances throughout, or the added touch with the pot filler just above the stove ideal for making the perfect pasta! Bedroom 1: Primary king bedroom with en suite Bedroom 2: King bedroom Bedroom 3: Twin daybed with twin trundle Queen sofa sleeper in additional lower level rec room 2 rollaway beds provided (one upstairs, one downstairs) ideal for kids! Additional king air mattress provided upon request The primary suite will bring even more stunning surprises from the massive walk in closet (perfect for a kids hideaway but close to mom and dad!) to the large oversized shower complete with 2 shower heads and 2 rain heads! The large family room finishes off the upper floor with soaring beams and a cozy fireplace! In the lower level you'll find two additional bedrooms, a full hall bath, and a second bonus space perfect for a kids hangout complete with board games and cute reading nook!

Stairs required to access upper level of property which includes primary suite, kitchen and main family room. Two additional bedrooms are on lower level with full bathroom. Property is situated on the headwaters of the lake (shallow water) ideal for kayak entry and bank fishing. Walk across the community walkway to access your own private island perfect for kayak entry and bank fishing.

House rules

We are partnered with Fun on Cumberland for kayak rental. Chad will bring kayaks directly to the property for your use. Details on his contact information will come once booked. Should you wish to rent a pontoon, he will also bring a pontoon to the main boat dock (a 10 minute drive). This property sits on shallow water with no boat dock. A signed rental agreement and copy of your ID is required prior to arrival. Instructions will be sent to you a week prior to arrival. Please note check in times as a courtesy to our neighbors as access to the property covers an easement and is gravel topped.
